We will then review and send an application form if you are successful.

Empire Sector Table policy

before booking
All table bookings for comic events are final and non-refundable, once they have been paid for.
Due to limited availability and event planning requirements, refunds will not be provided for cancellations, no-shows, changes in attendance, or any other circumstances preventing traders from attending.
Table bookings may not be transferred, swapped, resold, or exchanged without prior written approval from event management. Any unauthorized transfers or swaps may result in the booking being cancelled without refund.
In the event that the organizer cancels the event, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking option.
By purchasing a table, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
